Does Google scan my emails?

Hi guys,

yesterday I talked to one of our groupmembers and he was not sure about signing in to this blog, because he told me, that google scans the emails of their members and customers.
So I decided to increase my knowledge of this fact and read some posts, comments and articles about this.
and...
...indeed they are scanning emails and collect informations about our online-behaviour!!!
Okay...in the first seconds I was really shocked...but then started thinking again and came to the point, that not just google scans my mails ( they really don´t, cause i´m not mail-customer of them, I´ve had my mailaccount at gmx so gmx is scanning my mails :D )... so every emailprovider where you sign in for e.g. yahoo, web.de, google a.s.o. scans your emails, cause they start sorting out possible spam mails.

Are we already glassy? Where does all these informations go? Is the CIA knocking at my door tomorrow?
Certainly, now it´s a question of assuring privacy. But I don´t get too paranoid. Since everyone did his first steps on the internet he never walked alone. Internet is anarchy, is detecting, is stalking. The fact that I got nothing to hide keeps me save.
Maybe one of the special squad team of the CIA is a little jealous, cause I had such fun on the last youthexchange 2008 in turkey and will have a whole lotta in belgium 2009, while he´s sitting there reading my boring mails :D:D:D!!! *wink*

I'm young, but very motivated. I've taken part in different exchanges, so that I have seen many things. I was in the Netherlands, England, Austria, Germany and France in different activities... My character I would describe as serious, but funny too - that depends on the situation (and the people I'm with.) I'm flexible, I like laughing and having fun. I'm a special personality, my moods is very changeble... Well, okay, we will see us in summertime, hope so :D.

So the first part ist done. And now I'm thinking about the second part. What do I like?
I like Sweden, because I'm a half-Swede and I travel there every summer. This country is very nice and the people are friendly as well. At next I like my PC. It is the main location in my everyday life. I'm surfing in the Internet, writing some mails or do some stuff for school. But don't think that I'm a nerd, who sits the whole time in front of the PC. I like also chill out with my friends. At last I enjoy the weekends. This is the time where I relax and go to parties or stuff like that.

Dislikes:
Yeah. I really dislike the school at the moment, because I write my school leaving examination. So the teachers are waiting till this date and don't do anything in the lessons. So it is very boring to go to school. I hate soccer, because I've played it some years ago and it was so boring to run after a ball and kick into a big goal. I don't know who people can admire their clubs or stuff like that. Yeah, thats nearly all I dislike. So you see I am a unreserved person and I am glad to meet you all in Belgium in summer.

It is my fourth time that I will participate this youth exchange. It was everytime a great experience and I think that this time it will be the same.

How to work in this blog...

Hi guys,
I´m just sittin´ in front of this blog, starring at the first post and wandering why it´s still the only one!!!
( and: I´ve got no time to write something! is a non-accepted alibi!!! I wrote it in five minutes ;) )

So I decide to write a small description in how to use this blog.
Usually this blog is for everything what´s on your mind and what you think you wanna tell all our friends.

Therefore I think you have to create an account and have to login. But i´m not pretty sure about that. Try it yourself ;)
But first of all it might be helpful, if you write some typical characteristics with likes and dislikes , approximately like I did in the first post.

Therefore you must create an account and login to that blog I think.

That´s easy, ´cause all you should do is click the button up-right signed: new post or something like that...
Then you can write your post like writing an email. There´s a subject description field and a main description field.

After you´re done just click the button save and the other button on the left of it and you´re really done!!! ;)

Main language on this blog is english, so everybody can understand each other.
I´m looking forward to read all your characteristics and gotta know ya a lil bit right before we meet in Belgium in summer! So plz animate this blog to get used!!!

I like nearly every kind of sports. mostly soccer, american football and volley- or beachvolleyball. My favorite soccer team plays in germany 2nd devision and is called: FC St.Pauli!!!
It´s the same with music, except techno, hardcore trance or some kind of this s***! Mostly I like to listen to good ´ole handmade music like FooFighters, Pearl Jam, Pink Floyd or nice pianomusic like Tori Amos. I also play music by myself, write songs, play guitar and I´m doing the vocals in a band called Projacked Se7en.

I like going to concerts and festivals. This year I will go to the hurricane festival in Scheeßel/germany and I´m really looking forward to it. On weekends I meet with friends, play billard, go to Hamburg or to the disco.

Dislikes:
I hate lies and don´t like narrow-minded people, cloudy and cold days, any kind of violence, too busy places, Dirty Dancing, George W. Bush jun. and sen., and many other things I think ;)
